I'm using SnagIt 11. Scrolling keeps failing when trying to do a capture in Chrome. What can I do to get it working?

Please list a URL that is giving you problems and I'll give it a try. It could be a Chrome problem.

After my latest update to Ver 11.4.0 Build 176 the scroll function is broken. It still scrolls like it is working but the finished scroll inserts the Win7 Chrome Browser header about every 30 lines. So instead of a smooth capture of a 3 page browser window I get a scroll with ~ 10 Win7 Chrome Browser headers inserted every 30 lines. Doesn't look pretty.

7 Professional – Service Pack 1

9.1 autoscroll (previously working) does not now work (Starts scroll and
immediately throws “Failed Scrolling Capture – Unable to capture scrolling
input - Error #4” msg.  regardless of
what value is set for “Scrolling Delay”.
Google Chrome 32.0.1700.102 is current browser.

Works OK w/

Hi folks - I'm sorry for the problem with scrolling capture on Chrome 32. There's another thread with some updates about this issue: Please click "Me Too" on that thread and we'll keep you up to date on the fix.

I'm going to close this older thread to help keep things tidy.
