YO! TechSmith: I have the same problem as the previous person. I had a hard drive problem and Snagit 11 was gone and Snagit7 was there when the issue was resolved. I re-installed Snagit 11 but when I try to uninstall Snagit7 through the control panel I get no install log found. I looked the file folder and there is not install log to be found. So what now? You seem to make it completely impossible to submit a technical question on your web site that uses an email response. BTW - Twitter was not made for you to try and use it to solve problems with your software! I have been a registered used for several years and it is about to end if TechSmith does not wake up and give me some REALISTIC support! If your having problems uninstalling Snagit you could download the installation files from this web page.

Once you've downloaded the proper installation file. Double click the file to run it. Follow the onscreen prompts and you should be able to successfully uninstall SnagIt.
