Snagit 12 Upgrade: online registration fails

Snagit 12 Upgrade results in a forced close whenever I attempt to do the on-line registration; as a result, I had to manually do the registration by visiting the techsmith website.

I have the same problem. What info do you need from me to get the software registered? My order # is 25794546224 and the name is Dennis Meredith. Purchase date was 5/22. Should I watch this forum or can you email for the info at the email address I used when purchasing the product?

Me too, so I've registered online. This is one of three licenses bought for a multi-national team, only one of which has registered from the application.

Clearly, the company name is common but the individuals named in the order and those requiring support will certainly not.

With any attempt to register box crashing the application on my PC, how do we make sure TechSmith has joined the dots between us?
