Mike, even though your order is in our internal system, I did not see an entry in our registry. I've gone ahead and added you into that system.
At this time you a registered and no further action on your part is required.
I appreciate you posting here about this issue, I apologize it took so long. I was not aware of an issue with registrations, so we will look into that!

Me too, so I've registered online. This is one of three licenses bought for a multi-national team, only one of which has registered from the application.
Clearly, the company name is common but the individuals named in the order and those requiring support will certainly not.
With any attempt to register box crashing the application on my PC, how do we make sure TechSmith has joined the dots between us?
