The screen shots I'm taking with Snagit are not consistent. Sometimes the resolution is spot on; sometimes it's off. And it's from the same screen grab. I'm on a MAC and using Chrome. Anyone else have this issue? It never used to be like this. Check out these screen grabs from Facebook - some are clear; some not.

I searched our system but couldn't find a support incident under your name. Do you know the incident number that was generated for the issue (it would have been emailed to you); or if not, do you know the date you originally submitted the issue?
