snagit screencasting no library appears

Just downloaded the new snagit and extension and allowed screencasting. Relaunched Chrome. Then I hit record and shared the screen, stopped recording. Once I stopped the recording, no library, nothing. Rewatched the video and realized that the Library should automatically appear with the recording, but nothing happens for me.

Hi Elizabeth. 

Thanks for trying out the experimental screen recording. I'm sorry that something is hiccuping. Let me see if I can help.

1. The video preview should in fact launch, like you said. Sometimes, it takes quite a few seconds to pop up, depending on how long the recording was and the specs of your computer. Are you on a Chromebook, by chance?

2. Can you check the TechSmith folder on your Google Drive and see if the recording is in there or not? It should be an avi file with a timestamp for a name. If that's there, then something went wrong on the preview.
