Hi Mike,

What browser are you using? If you are using Chrome, try something else.

Hi Logan, as said, Firefox, latest version, but it was also with the version before.
Hoped the issue would have been solved with the latest SnagIt update (to 11.3)

It's browser related.  It doesn't work for my browser, Maxthon, either.  Works fine with IE.

At least you get information in the menu bar.  Nothing shows up there for me.

Have been messing around with the Kaspersky settings

Kaspersky->Settings->Application Control->Manage
Applications->Filter on SnagIt, double click on SnagIt Editor, then
go to Exclusions tab and tagged

- Do not monitor child applicaton actitivy

and

-Do not scan network traffic

Reboot
(Reboot is necessary as I already tried out these settings yesterday, without reboot, nothing changed)

Ater the reboot it seems to work now ..

Is that an active content filter or network traffic?

Beats me, I only tagged the two items, but it was fun for just a short while only..

It is back again... :-(

You should not see KAV in the Snagit editor as the app from which the capture was taken.  Since you do it probably means that  KAV is functioning as a proxy server with all traffic funneling through it.  That most likely is your reason why seeing that data depends on KAV settings.
