So I bought camtasia 9 and when I put in the key it pops up with an error message

So whenever I try to put in my key for camtasia 9, it pops up with this error message https://gyazo.com/b5e750677832b157a1c2fcf2002e8a9e and I didnt notice this until I finished editing my video. Thanks!

Was your internet connected? Are you possibly using this at work where there might be a company firewall preventing access to certain sites? Or, you own firewall?

I have checked the firewall and it is public and private. Also I use Ethernet for my home computer and that is what I have camtasia on.

Why don't you just follow the instructions given in the pop up Window???
