Software Crash.

Ever since I switch from the free trial to the PAID version, the software has become extremely unreliable. 

It often crashes in the middle of a recording, or while attempting to capture the screen.

It is at times totally unusable which is PARTICULARLY frustrating having spent money on a product which seemed so reliable.

Very disappointing and very frustrating.

When you added your software key to the program.
Did the program updated itself to a newer version?

Snagit shouldn't be crashing on you- please open up a support ticket so we can look at the crash report you're getting, and get to the bottom of it! It may be a bug we can find and fix in Snagit, or something else might be causing you trouble (video recording is extremely complex, so things like video drivers can cause problems).
