Software update message when sending video to screencast

I'm a new user of Camatasia and Screencast. The first couple recordings and uploads where pleasnatlt easy and it got me excited... Maybe my 6th upload in I started getting oftware out of date error messages and everything is goofy...my files in my Library were deleted. New uploads, if they make it, go into screencast untitled and unassigned to the directed folders. I have no clue on how to update the software... Not even sure if it's a camtasia or screencast issue the message comes up when you are done rendering and it's trying to upload...

Hello jrychwa,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. The first thing you can do is check for software updates by choosing the "Check for updates" option from the Help menu (see below).



If that doesn't work, it would be a good idea to open a ticket with Tech Support. They're really good at working 1-1 with you to help sort out any issues you're having. Here's the link to open a ticket - http://techsmith.custhelp.com/app/uti...
