I have create MANY hotspots in order to stop the video (about 25 or so) and many are working, but the last 5-10 that I added later are not working.  Any idea?  They all are on "click to continue".

I've seen that many times

how are you viewing: locally, off a web site, off screencast.com?

try clearing browser cache completely; then try playing the video again

any help?

I don't think hotspots work locally. They work when video is uploaded to screencast.

hotspots work when video is viewed locally; I use them all the time

when you produce, do a custom production, and in the video settings tab, set "keyframe every" to 1 second

are all hotspots set to stop at end?

what browser are you using? using CS9?

I do have some hotspots set to go to a specific time - right after the hotspot.  I have been using Chrome to view.

Hi there;

Hotspots can work locally, pending the type of hotspot and level of security on the network.

I am curious; did you copy/paste any of your hotspots in Camtasia, or did you make every single one by hand?

Yes, I did copy/paste some of the hotspots.  Could that be the problem?

Hi;

While not widespread (and generally rare since Camtasia 9's move to 64-bit), I have personally observed that when users copy/paste hotspots the properties for those hotspots tend to not carry over. Unfortunately the fix is to recreate the hotspots (not just the properties, the entire hotspot). then re-produce the project.

Well, that was the issue.  Once I deleted and recreated the hotspots, they all worked.  Thank you so much!!
