Sound condensed ! Awful !

I have a problem with Camtasia : everything is right until I listen to what I made, either in Camtasia itself or in Youtube... At some moments, the sound is condensed... So, listening to it, the sound jumps occasionnally... Of course it's unpleasant and the result is not professional. We paid Camtasia expensive enough to not have this kind of problem !

just hang in there with tech support and figure out how u need to record -- what file type -- what settings -- etc.

audio settings would look like this
MP3 44.1kHz, 128kBit/s, stereo
PCM 44.1kHz,16 bit, stereo

i am a professional composer and work with sound in Camtasia a lot.

honestly, i am very impressed with Camtasia -- so i'd recommend u just contact their team and go through your whole process slowly.

my guess is that you'll be able to make a few adjustments to your settings and your process will work just fine.
