My latest project has eight videos, each about an hour in length, and each has a different presenter. One of the project requirements is a transcript for each video. None of the presenters used a script, so I was looking at adding captions manually. Then I remembered Camtasia's speech-to-text feature. There's no way I could train Camtasia with each of the presenters' voices, but using the speech-to-text feature adds captions that match up darn well with the speech sections across the entire selected audio clip. That alone saves me a ton of time. I can produce with closed captions as well as export them for the transcript. I so appreciate the help with this tight project!
