Is it possible to slow down the speed with which zoom and pan happens? Not the length of the zoom but actually how quickly it zooms in and out. I'm using Camtasia 9.1.2.

The time it takes for the zoom/pan effect is determined by the length of the zoom/pan [animation] keyframe as seen on the timeline; you can make the keyframe as loon as you want; just gram the small end and stretch it out on the timeline

When you have a zoom on the timeline, it looks like this:

To speed it up, make the points on the arrow shorter:

To slow it down, make them farther apart:

Cheers... Rick :)

You could change the Default Timing in animations preferences.

However, this effects the timing of all manually applied animations. So you may want to change this setting and work on your pan and zooms. Then switch back or to another speed for other things.
