A spotlight feature for Snagit
It would help isolate items on the page if we could apply a spotlight that darken the screen and opens an area that stays light. Also to do more than one on the page. Also here's an app on iOS that does it freeform, circle and square

There is a spotlight and Magnify feature on the right side of the editor. Make a selection then invoke that and you can control the magnification and the surrounding darkness. Blur only goes down to 1% and there are some caustic discussions about that but ... it works

Actually, if you press and hold the Shift key when drawing selections, you are able to select more than one area to perform the spotlight on.
