When trying to capture a scrolling screen cap the right side of my screen is staggered. I've tried SnagIt11 and SnagIt13.  Its happening in Chrome, IE 11. I've tried incognito browsing too. I believe it may be something to do with the site I'm visiting https://www.sensis.com.au/sensis-go-digital and suggestions to make it work would be appreciated.

You cannot capture a portion of the web-page that scrolls along with you. There is a small window that does that on the link you've posted. See Image

As long as you select the areas of the screen that the content remains static you shouldn't have any problem capturing the page, as you can see below.I used SnagIt 13 and Panoramic capture.

Hey John,

I had another go at it this morning. I captured it with the glitches and used the new auto fill tool in release  SnagIt 13.1.0 Build 7194 Jan 20 2017. There are other ways to address it but there's a  new tool that's pretty nice to work with.

You use the selection tool to select the repeated content areas and hit delete. You want "Auto Fill" Selected before deleting. It works pretty much the same as the Content aware fill tool in Photoshop. You get nice clean edges without trying in most cases.
Here is the Tool with an area selected.

And the edited web page capture.
