it's crashed twice consecutively now on different files. It was ok yesterday. Nothing has changed my side.

Dave with a problem like this you might want to contact TechSmith Support and put a Support Ticket in with them. They are better equipped to answer this question and usually get back with you within 24-48 hours. I hope this helps. The link for TechSmth Support is below:
