Stretch Motion

Hello, I have been using Camtasia 9 with Mac over the last month. I want to use a 'stretch motion' as one of the annotation in a page. However, I can not resize the shape to fit with the icon that I have in the video. To make it more clear, when I choose a square shape, it remains same, regardless of my attempt to handle it either from each sides or corners. I've tried it in both the crop and select mode but it still remains same. Even in crop mode it changes a little bit more. Thus, how can I use a square 'Stretch Motion' for a rectangle shape in the Camtasia 9, Mac version?

I found a post that says you can so I deleted my first post.
If you hold Shift you should be able to resize the callout. One user had to re-boot his computer to get it to work for some reason.

There is no Camtasia version 9 for Mac. It goes from Camtasia 3 to Camtasia 2018, to Camtasia 2019, so I assume you're using one of those, or you've got Windows version 9 running in a shell.
