Currently, you can rotate an image in one degree increments.
Which won't work in most situations. 1 degree of rotation is a lot more than it sounds. Leveling something usually requires much smaller increments.
This is not a new Idea or request, Its been requested for many years.
I voted for it today as well.

There is a lot of free available software for this.
Same goes for online tools.
These links just scratch the surface.

In a pinch, you can do a good job in SnagIt.
If you want to subject yourself to a lengthy workaround that is {:>(

You would start by creating a new image with a transparent background. Or a background that matches the document.
Draw a straight ling across the image by holding down the "Alt key" and drawing a line across the entire document.

Use the rotational control to straighten the Image.

After straightening. Delete Line and crop to taste.

For what its worth.
Regards,Joe
