Downloaded Super Stamps and put files in the documents/snagit catalog folder. But when opening the Editor, I can't access the stamps because I don't see a Tools icon or menu item next to the File menu button. How do I access Super Stamps in this situation?

On the tool bar click the stamps icon Then on the upper right you will see "Quick styles" In that drop down that defaults to  My Stamps you can get to the folders that Superstamps installed
That entire system was badly broken and it is almost impossible to use a variety of stamps anymore. There is an organizer but you cannot add a stamp from that. It was broken during and "improvement"

You CAN open the stamps folder in WIndows explorer and drag from there but then it appears with other documents  and can be inadvertently deleted (close it with the x in the upper right corner of the document icon if you go this route

My point is that the documentation that came with Super Stamps (the Start Here file) told me to look for a TOOLS button. I got confused when I didn't see it. In an online chat, I was told to look for the Stamps button under MORE. I initially didn't see it, but finally found it. Having played with it a bit, now the Stamps button appears on the Tool bar where it was not there before. My feedback to TechSmith is that they need to improve their documentation and launch new documentation and the same time as when the launch new product versions.

Hi there

I stand to be corrected here, but SuperStamps are a third party package. I think a link may exist from the TechSmith site to grab them, but I think that link points to a third party vendor that creates and sells them.

Cheers... Rick :)

I think you’re right that this is a third party software, but it is sold along side upgrade options and they provide support articles on their website: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-u.... So as far as I’m concerned, they’re the go-to for tech support.

Right. I stopped using stamps when it became a nightmare to access and select them. This is a bummer, because they would be quite useful.

Super Stamps have always been a bit of a Nightmare. There's a PDF list available but it's still just a list of 2 or 3 thousand less than highly organized stamps.

Super Stamps have never integrated well with SnagIt .

If you could actually organize them somehow in Windows File Explorer. You could drag them into SnagIt as needed. But File Explorer is the easiest way I know to view a lot of images at the same time, Not Stamps Folders.
