Support directly from app

I would be terrific if support could be contacted directly from the app, with the appropriate information/settings forwarded in an email directly from my default email program.  This would make contacting TechSmith easier for different issues that come up.  Though it is not much work, I dislike having to input all the information every time when registering a ticket.  Feels more burdensome than necessary...and the settings do not remain in a cookie.

I'm not sure when this began, but I'm using SnagIt 2020 and if I click the Help menu, I see Technical Support on the menu. And when I choose this, I see the following screen:



And when I click the "Launch Support Tool..." button, I see this screen which seems suspiciously close to what you are suggesting.

To Mike's point, it seems like a really streamlined way to add additional usage data to an existing ticket. 

Which is awesome, but it seems a bit different from the OP.
