Syncing AND LOCKING audio from multiple sources

So I had to tape two testimonials in Egypt. Hired a videographer on UpWork.com, who did a great job with a DSLR and separate digital audio recorder with a boom mic. He even clapped on camera at the start of all 20 clips, so the sync task was straightforward.

In Camtasia, I sync to the clap on the timeline, then separate audio and video for the DSLR track and delete that audio. What I would really like to do next is lock or combine the remaining audio track with the remaining video track. I've trained myself to edit these tracks together (lots of ripple deletes), which is a useful discipline in general, but locking or combining multiple tracks would be very useful.

Thats the route I would consider.

Group em or render them out to a mp4 and bring it back into Camtasia as one
