Table of Contents and "dots" along the video timeline

The TechSmith “Video Table of Contents” tutorial ( https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002585992-Video-Table-of-Contents
) has a table that includes an image in the second row with an example of a video controller.  It shows dots along the timeline – I assume these correspond to markers and the interactive table of contents.  In addition to the table of contents, I like that these dots visually shows how long each section is relative to the others.  I am using Camtasia 9, but have also have tried the 30-day trial of Camtasia 2018 and could not figure out how to produce a video (mp4 or html) with this dot feature in either version.  Am I missing something?

Hi there

The dots indicate the presence of a quiz question.

Cheers... Rick :)
