Table of Contents in SCORM only shows File name not marker entries.

I've produced a Camtasia 8 SCORM video with a Table of contents from markers. I'm using Saba as my LMS. When I view in Saba, my table of contents is only a single entry, the overal name of my file, not the marker names that I selected when I produced the SCORM content. Ever heard of this?

Hi Barb.

My first guess is that the TOC in the screenshot you shared in somehow generated by Saba(?) I don't have any experience with Saba, so I can't be sure on that. A TOC for a Camtasia video will look different than the one I'm seeing in your screenshot.

Can you check something for me? When the video is open, can you hover over the video with your mouse, until you get the video playback controls? Do you see a small button that looks like a bulleted list, like this?

If so, when you click that button, the TOC you made with Camtasia markers should slide in from the left:

If that's not happening, then there may be some other SCORM settings we can try. If it IS happening, then maybe you can explore what Saba module settings you can tweak to either disable the built-in TOC, or somehow pull the one in from the SCORM package. Again, I don't know how much help I'll be there, but maybe someone else from the community will chime in.

You're right.  accessing the TOC using your suggestion, it does show the Camtasia markers.  Thanks.
