Table of Contents not showing up in Techsmith Video Review

Hi All, I am new to using Techsmith Video Review.  I have a Camtasia project to load with a table of contents.  The TOC doesn't show up when I load the video into Review for comments.   I have used the smart player option.  It seems to work fine on my preview, just not in Video Review.  Can anyone suggest what I might be doing incorrectly?

How are you getting your video to Video Review? Maybe try this just produce the local file (without smartplayer). and upload it to Video Review from the Video Review website. In theory, all of the special information should be baked into the "mp4" file you produce, and Video Review will pick it up from there.

Thank you for responding.  I was loading it both ways and it didn't show up.  It looks like Michael Henley is on it. :)  I appreciate it.

Thank you for reporting this.  We've identified a bug where the TOC button is not appearing unless a quiz is also included.  This was working through our triage process and we hope to have a fix coming soon.

I should note that there is also an issue with Smartplayer not having access to the TOC thumbnails.  That is also being worked through, though it's solution will require a lot more work than the bug you reported.

I will update this thread when we have a fix shipped.

Thank you for answering my question and I'll watch for the fix.  This will be the first time I'm using Video Review to assemble comments from a large team and I am trying to stay ahead of questions I will likely get.

Jodisansone, would you mind re-testing your video again to re-confirm if the toc button is appearing?  If it's still uploaded, you likely will not need to re-upload again.

I reloaded it by publishing with the smart player to my desktop and then uploading it to review.  The TOC button showed up fine this time (thank you).  The only issue I saw was that the thumbnails in the TOC did not render, but I probably won't use them anyway.  Also, the TOC did not automatically open and close upon hovering away.  Much better for my purposes!  I appreciate the follow up! :)
