table of contents navigation doesn't work

I included markers in table of contents (media markers, not global) and published to Screencast.com as the video tutorial instructed. But the table of contents is still not allowing navigation. Here is the link in screencast. http://www.screencast.com/t/mi9aUYdDsJN4 I have redone this several times and I am not at all sure what I am doing wrong. You can't even go forward in the time line to get the video to move to another section. It was originally recorded from a PowerPoint presentation, but that shouldn't matter - correct?

I see there was no response to this, but I have the same problem. Videos saved to screencast or to the MP4-with-player will play and the TOC will show, but clicking anywhere in it does nothing. Also, you can't click on the time bar and get it to move to another time in the video, and a quiz that I created does not show up at all. I can't find any output setting that doesn't produce the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to make sure, the portion of the video to which you're trying to jump has downloaded, correct, i.e., the buffer bar is past the section you want to see?

Yes. Nothing in the video that should be clickable reacts in any way to being clicked, and the slider bar does nothing when clicked.

Does this happen only when uploaded to Screencast.com, or is it occurring when you produce as MP4 with Smart Player then view the created page on your computer?

It happens in any format that is supposed to use the TOC option. If I produce as a Flash/HTML5 to my computer, it plays the video and the controls show, and clicking on most of them (show TOC, Show captions, Show settings) work but clicking anywhere in the progress bar or in the TOC does nothing. If I produce as MP4 with player to my computer the same thing happens although the controls look a little different. If I produce to Screencast I get the same result. I have tried to play them on two different computers and get the same result.

Sorry for the late reply.

This looks like something that's beyond my level of expertise.

Would you please contact our Tech Support? They'll have a much better idea of what information to look at to find out where the issue lies.

Have you heard from Tech Support about a potential solution? I am experiencing a very similar problem (the video also recorded from a Powerpoint presentation), except it's browser-dependent (navigation through TOC works only in Internet Explorer)
