takes too long to upload--offer option to compress

the biggest problem with screencast is not the design. It is too slow and that can be easily fixed. 99% of my screencasts are shared with co-workers and do not need to be super high quality. So rather than waiting for a 60 MB video to upload, have an option to compress and it will upload faster albeit with a small quality decrease. That would be a useful function so I don't have to sit and wait to get the URL of the upload to share. OR add a feature where the URL is assigned immediately so I don't need to wait. Hard to understand why so many software firms spend so much time on GUI rather than useful features
