TechSmith Capture - Copy History

In response to Pauls comment from the Jing 2019 Announcement.

Jings history was a really nice feature which unobtrusively kept a history of screen grabs.
Usually I'd "Copy" a screen grab in order to paste into a conversion Slack/Skype or paste into an application such as an email, Word or direct into a Jira comment. The experience was really good since you could grab a screen shot, then Copy, and move on without confirming dialogs. Double checking Jing does give a Copy confirmation but its unobtrusive in that you see a Task tray notification; I have Auto hide checked.
Obviously saving to file is a good idea but this breaks the quick experience of coping direct into other applications.

> Perhaps this is a feature to think about - Jing you could hide into the Task Tray therefore removing from the Task Bar.

So why the history? Well given that I liked the quick "Copy" experience and not stopping to decide whether I wanted to save the screen grab for later helps here. Perhaps this is the point; I didn't have to make that decision to save the grab which would include deciding where to save the screen grab.
Obviously the history would allow me to find the screen shot later and reuse.
Actually knowing the the history was there meant sometimes I'd simply take a screen grab then Copy and not use the image, knowing that in a day or 2 I could come back and find the screen shot in history.

In terms of navigating the history I don't think there needs to be anything special other than a list ordered by date.

I think a good enough solution here would be to just auto save Copyied image to local file system. Could be a simple as a preference setting where I choose a folder path eg "c:\my-captures" and then evey copied image is save with a timestamp as the filename.
