Hello all;

Due to the continued inclement weather, the TechSmith Offices will be partially closed on Thursday, January 31, 2019. What this means is that our Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales teams will not be answering telephone inquiries, however, Technical Support and Customer Service Live Chat Support and ticket submission will be open and agents will be responding to customer inquiries.

You can contact our various departments below:
  • Technical Support (Live Chat Support will be available from 4:00 AM EST to 9:00 PM EST)
  • Customer Service (Licensing, Account, and Download-related Live Chat Support will be available from 4:00 AM EST to 9:00 PM EST)
  • Sales
As always, you are also welcome to post your questions, feedback, or ideas here in the TechSmith Community Forums. Please note that these forums are public so we encourage you to not share private information such as emails, passwords, or other sensitive account information.

"The TechSmith offices will be  closed on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019 due to inclement weather; for users looking for Technical Support, Account/License-related inquires, or those that have Sales-related questions can do so at the below links as users will be unable to reach these departments via phone, and an agent from the appropriate department will respond as soon as they are able.
