I just called in to renew my Snagit software and spoke with a wonderful gentleman who was extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. I believe he said his name was Jim but I'm not sure I heard him correctly. I just want to compliment your company on the wise and efficient decision to use technical support personnel whose first language is English. My call to you was handled in the most efficient manner because I did not have to keep asking the technician to repeat himself over and over again because I could not understand his accent. Your company understands that they not only ensure customer satisfaction but also save time and money by hiring knowledgeable people who speak English clearly. Thank you so much for this enjoyable experience; I was beginning to think Americans would never be able to get good customer service from any company again!
