We've got a little problem on our website right now where people are unable to cancel Jing Pro from within the product.
I just wanted to let you know we're on it and expecting a fix soon. We'll update this post when it's complete.

If for some reason your Jing Pro subscription unintentionally renews during this period, rest assured, we'll make it right. Please just explain the situation using the form above.
