How do I make typing appear on screen in my Camtasia Studio productions?

I have Camtasia 8 and I would like to know what program is used to make type appear as if someone is writing a sentence.

This is done with video editing software, like Sony Movie Studio or Vegas.

You can't do this with Camtasia studio. At least I have not found a way.

@Unicus: This same efffect can in fact be accomplished in Camtasia. You could use one long text callout (setting the text to Align Left), and make a split every time you add a new letter.

There are a few ways to accomplish this. Aaron showed one way and here is another way. Record yourself typing a sentence and then increase the clip speed. I made a quick video to show you how.
