I wasn't sure whether to report a problem or give praise for this...

I had two days left in the trial, just waiting for the boss to give the go-ahead on the purchase, when the update thingie came up. I ran the update and restarted Camtasia. After the re-start, the startup screen shows that I have 30 days of free trial again!

So, thanks, and perhaps you might want to look into that...

By the way, I tried to put this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/LQP2gxWnZ0c7 - into the "Add Image" link for this feedback tool, and got an error. Since you're so well integrated with Screencast you might want to allow their url's for that link... or not, just a thought.

Ken,

You're welcome :) Actually, that's by design. We have a very liberal policy as it relates to the trial. We want to give you every opportunity to try the latest version of the software. Sometimes we fix bugs or add features in the updates which would improve your experience, and we didn't want to prevent you from experiencing the best we had to offer. Thanks for the heads up, and I hope we can convert you and your organization into fans.

As for the Add Image button... I think the Add image button in this forum is expecting a URL that is a direct link to the image itself, like this: http://content.screencast.com/users/K...

Thanks for the feedback. Please keep it coming.
