Hi,

That's no good! I would contact our Tech Support team so they can look into why that's happening to you.

You should ask if the original had some or any color of highlighting. Looks too perfect to be a software glitch! Just my two pennies!

Looks to me the way it was set up from the original design. Now the out focus Fuzzy type I could see as being a defect with either Camtasia or SnagIt.  With Macs using Retina Displays and the video cards they use the display should be Tack sharp.  But nothing from SnagIt or Camtasia ever is.

Hi,

That certainly shouldn't be the case with Snagit as long as the downscaling options are turned off.

With Windows machines. You get odd problems like this when your graphics card needs it's drivers updated.
I would consider looking into that first.I'm not a MAC user, but a graphics card is a graphics card.

Along that vein, you first may want to go into System Prefs > Display to see if the appropriate profile is in use. I have occasionally run into situations where a new software install caused the profile selection to be changed resulting in odd display problems. Probably worth checking.

Hi,

If you haven't already can you open a ticket with our Tech Support team? We haven't seen this yellow screenshot issue before so they can look into what's going on.
