The file saved from the temporary file created by Recorder truncates the last 2 minutes of video.

I record a screen capture and then stop the recording. Once the recording is stopped the preview window opens. In the preview window the entire video and audio capture is present and visible. However, once I save the capture to a file (.camrec), opening the saved file will have the complete audio capture but aproximately the last two minutes of the video will be truncated. I've tried it with a 79 minute capture and a 65 minute capture. In both cases only the last two minutes of video were lost. I have also performed much shorter captures (12 minutes, 15 minutes, and 18 minutes) and they worked fine. I am using Camtasia Studio 8.3.0 (build 1471) on a Windows 7 Enterprise (Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)) platform.

Hi Stephen,

The video is disappearing? Is it still on the timeline, but it shows as black? Do the last two minutes just vanish from existence?

There is still a video channel on the timeline...but the last two minutes (approximaely) have been chopped off. The video channel simply ends while the audio channel continues for the remainder of the capture. I have reproduced this three times. I did manage to get a long capture (65 minutes) to properly save and render. The only known difference is how I initiated the save. Instead of selecting "Save As" from recorder I used "Save and Edit". All other environment and functional variables were the same.
