The maintenance agreement number shown on the upgrade advice.

When I receive an upgrade notice I do find a problem with the upgrade notices. I would like to see the maintenance agreement number shown on your advice. I manage multiple installations of your products. The original purchases are all done by myself. Different areas with my organisation have the ability to purchase their own software. I attempt to centralise all communications between yourselves and my organisation, this way I can record all purchases. When I receive upgrade notices like this one it is difficult to relate it back to the original purchase.

Is there anyway that you could include the agreement number in the upgrade advice?

Hello Robert,

Thanks for the suggestion!  The maintenance emails that go out are not specific to individual agreements.  When there is an upgrade we do a mass emailing with certain keys that have a number of activations in them to accommodate those maintenance agreements; they are not specific enough to just be for one maintenance agreement.

One option is to call in to our sales or customer service team (or email us) and we can assign you specific keys to each specific maintenance agreement so it would be much easier to track.

That being said, the mass emails we send our for maintenance members when a new upgrade comes out will not be tailored to each agreement with personal info or the maintenance number.
