When I receive an upgrade notice I do find a problem with the upgrade notices. I would like to see the maintenance agreement number shown on your advice. I manage multiple installations of your products. The original purchases are all done by myself. Different areas with my organisation have the ability to purchase their own software. I attempt to centralise all communications between yourselves and my organisation, this way I can record all purchases. When I receive upgrade notices like this one it is difficult to relate it back to the original purchase.
Is there anyway that you could include the agreement number in the upgrade advice?
