This could really be a good product, but it is surprisingly clunky for 2012 software.

the UI really needs some work. I develop software products, and this is pretty clunky for the number of users you have. Clicking on one part of a PIP moves the cursor, inability to set default placement for PPT slides used in PIP, lack of at least two video tracks (I mean, really, who uses one camera in a studio anymore?). I have tried to make this product work for several months, but it really is difficult....not worth the hours of extra time i waste because of the performance. Adobe Premiere is probably the next product I will use, and you will lose a customer who could have really sung your praises. There are nice features of your product, but I wonder if you have ever done the user experience part of the feature requirements gathering that is an important part of any new product introduction. Why don't you spend some money, come to my home in Colorado, and I will show you have wasteful and poorly-engineered this product is, and how simply it would be to really make it world-class. C'mon, TechSmith, do you listen to your customers?

Mr. Bauer,
Thanks for the feedback. Could please confirm what TechSmith product you are referring to in your feedback?

Thank you,
