ticket submit does not work

I tried submitting a ticket for this problem

"I have recently recovered my PC, as a driver install went horribly wrong. Before the recovery, Camtasia was crashing alot during production, even when the project was quite small, say less than 10 minutes long. My PC is a custom built high power AMD machine with 16 GB of ram 2x8GB (HyperX BEAST) and a fast processor (A10-7700K Radeon R7 8000 on an ASUS A88XM motherboard) the program is running on my Solid State Drive, so there really should not be any issues on the hardware end. I also have liquid cooling. Windows 8.1 64bit

It usually crashes when I use Firefox to get images, as soon as I change windows, it crashes. Sometimes it crashes when I scroll, zoom out, or just leave it idle for a few minutes.

I refreshed my PC from a recovery image that I made before I used the applications, once they were updated of course, so the recovery state is how the PC was when I first got it.

I used Camtasia last week and it was like a dream, I made a 43 minute long video and it didn't flinch once. I have gone to do a similar project today and it's back to it's old tricks.

I don't want to have to refresh my PC every time I use Camtasia. I was able to have about 3 or 4 different applications open with Camtasia, Powerpoint, Firefox, Google Earth and Recorder of course. I just have no idea what it could be.


But it just says 'something went wrong' and then the button doesn't work ever again.

How can I sort this out?

Hi Nemus;

We experienced a bit of downtime with our ticketing system, though things appear to be back up and running just fine (have been since about 2:30 PM EST). Can you please re-submit your ticket?
