Timeline image height

When I add an image to the timeline, it would always be as tall as the timeline and in the video be full size. Now for some reason, it is only 2/3 the height of the timeline and in the video, only half of the image shows when the video is playing? I have tried 480p 720p, and images of 160x150 and 300x300 . Some setting is off but I can not find what it is? Suggestions please.
Thanks

you can change the height of the individual tracks to make them appear larger on timeline

it appears that you are working with project dimensions that are larger than your images?  that will make the image look small in the produced video; scale up the image in the project to fill the canvas area

Thanks and yes I tried that and it does work but the darn video shows only half of the image? https://learnitwith.us/about - it probably is something to do with the video player used by the theme - working on that angle
Thanks for your input

looks like the embed-size of the video frame on that page is too short vertically

That's very odd.

If your image appears fully in the canvas area before producing, it shouldn't matter what project settings you produce your video at.

Your full image should appear in the final production. Even if you unlocked the screen aspect ratio dimensions, and chose  a setting that would seriously distort your face. Like make it very narrow or long.Your entire face would still appear in the produced video.

I have to agree with Kayakman.

Your player wrapper and/or content box css coding is off.

I can pull up your video in a new tab or full screen but on the page in your link above  the embed wrapper code or player settings are off.

Go thru your page embed or player coding.
I suspect something there is off.
