Trapped behind a proxy

When I try to log into Jing, I get an error that "We think you're behind a proxy we're not able to detect. Please contact your network administrator." "Invalid XML data was returned when calling: Screencast.User.Getinfo". The school district I work for blocks the site screencast.com (IP: 10.58.156.93). Is that the only exemption I'll need to request or are there other servers that I'll need to be able to use Jing with my classes?

Hi, yes, that URL but also http://update.techsmith.com. There is only one version of Jing, and periodically TechSmith will release an update. When Jing detects an update, users are given 14 days to install the new version.
