What Joe said. You may have installed version 9 when the key is for version 8.6 or there could be a typo. Using the phone to contact support (see Joe's response) should get you help today.
if it is after support hours and you don't want to wait until Friday try downloading an older version and seeing if the key works. (I'm not a fan of installing and uninstalling software so would wait...)
and you can get a copy of your key. Copy and paste it into your software.
