Trying to embed video uploaded to Screencast but size is'nt responsive & doesn't change when viewed on ipad and iphone through an app

I am trying to embed a video we have uploaded to Screencast into an elearning app called ISpring Learn. The app is responsive so it changes size dependent on the size of the device that is being used. However the video inside the app (from Screencast) is not changing size accordingly, so it is still displaying in full screen mode.

Is there anyway that I could add something to the end of the embed code so that it changes size accordingly to fit the device it is being played on? As I have noticed at the moment it states fullsize or fullscreen within the embed code. Can this be changed? I have
tried removing the width and height from the code but this still hasn't worked.

Any suggestions?

I am wondering if it could be specific to ispring as that's something we haven't tested before.  Do you have a normal website you could put the embed code on and then view it on an ipad from there?  While I know youtube embed code is different than screencast's I'd be curious if youtube embed code works okay.
