Trying to move subscription from my computer that died to my new computer.

I have a team member whose computer died and we cannot uninstall his Snag it.  How can we move the subscription to a new computer?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the computer.. that's a pain!

So, you have a license with Snagit and that goes with you to your new computer. So, go to the Techsmith website and find the version you have, and install it. Then, enter you key.

he said when he tried to use the key to install on new computer, he received a response stating that the license was already in use.
