Trying to upgrade to Pro on Screencast

I have just purchased the Pro Upgrade for Screencast and when I enter the key it will not go through. I tried every which way - the email link to activate, the direct link on the website - nothing is working. It just keeps saying "There is a problem with your sign-in request"... (but I'm not even signing in, just putting in the key)

I upgraded your Screencast Account to Pro status on the back-end. The next time you login to your Account, you will see the changes. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
