Two Camtasia versions on the sme computer?

I have Camtasia 7 installed.  I have a license key for Camtasia 9 but my Windows laptop is only 32-bit Windows. Therefore, I cannot sue version 9 yet. I understand from a forum post on that latter topic that I can download Camtasia 8 and use the v. 9 license key until I get a 64-bit system.  However, I'm reticent to give up ver. 7--the ability to get title slides easily is pretty useful. Plus, I don't want to have to convert every ver. 7 project I've done to ver. 8.  Is it possible to have two versions of Camtasia installed and working at the same time, or is gong to ver. 8 mean that ver. 7 will have to be uninstalled? Thanks.

You can have both version installed on the same machine. No problem. You can even have both running at the same time.I'm not sure if it's technically legal. You can't have the same version running on 2 separate  computers  at the same time. But this is a different story.

Update.........
Yes, you can have both programs running at the same time.I talked to TechSmith Support about it.If you want to upgrade a project from one version to another. The need to have two versions running at the same time may come up occasionally.

just confirming what's already been said... you can run both at the same time... I will never shut down the old versions because of the mp3 audio capability
