So, if i save a video with geforce experience. There are two audio tracks. Is there an option to separate the audio tracks in Camtasia?

You can separate audio from video. But the 2 streams cannot be separated in Camtasia.

You could use the free program Audacity to import the audio. I'm pretty sure it supports importing the video these days as well. I use Adobes Audition myself.
Then you could export the tracks separately.Creating 2 audio files for Camtasia.

I use Audacity v2.3.0 -- it will import the audio of mp4 files.  I then separate the tracks, center each one and export each one as a separate WAV file (to retain as much quality as possible) and then import into Camtasia.  Re-sync with the original video is fairly easy (if they're out of sync for some reason, just drag left/right until some obvious reference (e.g. a high peak) matches on all audio tracks.
