I am trying to do the scrolling capture in Google Chrome browser Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) using SnagIt Version 2019.0.0 (64 Bit) (Build 2339).  When I click on the down arrow after a delay I get the following:

and is I click troubleshoot scrolling capture I would get this:

If I would try to open the same page in IE Version 11.1087.16299.0CO, it wouldn't even show the scrolling arrows.

Also, any attempts to open any web page from SnagIt including Help, results in Unable to launch browser: 2 error.

Use the panoramic scroll. It's much better.

Here is a Techsmith tut for panoramic scroll capture

I still like 'All-in-one' or 'Scrolling window' as it is one click to get to the 'Editor' vs one click-and-drag and two mouse clicks with 'Panoramic.' You still have to 'trim' after the capture is complete unless you are 'very' accurate with your click-and-drag.
