What version of CMAC? Is there any error message? Could you capture a video showing your steps?

Hmmm...that is kind of strange. What's under the Options button? It looks almost like it is set to export like 0 seconds of video.

I have the same problem. Very, very annoying. I can't export no matter what I try. And no, restarting didn't help. Reinstalling didn't help. Just the same nothingness as in the mp4 linked above. Camtasia is completely useless this way.

Hi there;
Sorry to hear of the troubles; have you opened a support ticket concerning this issue? Do you have your ticket number handy so I can look up the history of the ticket and speak to the tech that has been helping you?

I've stopped using Camtasia 2 for Mac because of this issue. It's just crap!

Does anyone know of a good editing program that works for Mac El Capitan and that will actually export video after you've spent hours getting it right? That rules out Camtasia 2 for Mac as a contender of course..

Hello, I am facing exactly the same problem using MacBook Pro, Camtasia 2 and OS High Sierra version 10.13.3.
Any help?

So we should upgrade (and pay!) to Camtasia 3 to get it to work on an operating system that has been out since June 2017? I wouldn't count on that and will not take the risk, as Camtasia 2 did not work on osx 10.12 on the same MB Pro either. Vice versa, Camtasia 2 works just fine on a brand new iMac Pro running the latest 10.13 version. Ergo: it's not the operating system, Camtasia is just incompatible with MB Pro-s.

Nope, one year later and a handful of unhelpful suggestions and Camtasia still does not export anything...
