Unable to post to TechSmith Feedback -- "please sign in first"

I am trying to responds to feedback posts, like this one. The site prompts me to sign in. I choose to use my TechSmith account on the Sign In pop up page. In Netscape, that's as far as it will go; I get a neverending "Signing in..." animation. So I switch to Edge, sign in, and try it again. The site shows I'm signed in, and the page shows my profile name and gives me the option to sign out. I try to post to the thread and I get a red bar with "Sorry! It looks like we were unable to sign you in. To complete your action, please sign in first."

I had a similar problem when the new Edge browser was released not long ago.

I went to the Getsatisfaction website and logged into my account there.https://getsatisfaction.com/corp/

I didn't sign out at Getsatisfaction and my problem was cured .
You may want to give it a try?

I didn't realize I had a getsatisfaction.com account. I assume TechSmith uses it on the backend. I reset my password in getsatisfaction.com, logged in to getsatisfaction.com, then came back to this feedback forum. I am now testing a reply. :)  Thanks, Joe!
