When starting Windows 10 we get the error, Unable to Register Snagit Repeat Last Capture Hotkey.  It looks like it is the printscreen option which is conflicting but how are we suppose to know which other app is using this?

First re-boot your system and before you launch any program, check in Task Manager, click "More details" bottom-left of window. Any app listed in "Start-up" Tab, or in "Processes" Tab (Apps category) are suspect.
In the startup tab, is Snagit listed? It may be residue from a previous launch, disable it and re-boot.  Then retry your snagit.
Else disable as many apps in start-up that you safely can, then re-boot.  I suspect Mark Russinovich's "Process Explorer" (Part of his "sysinternals" utilities) may be able to expose the culprit more directly.

Often the culprit is OneDrive, if you use it. If so, check if the option to 'Automatically save screenshots I capture to OneDrive' is active (checked,) uncheck it and see if that works. This gave me problems in the past.
